Project Title : Solidcore Server Solidifier.
Description : Implemented as a kernel level module, it prevents any unauthorized program on disk or injected into memory from executing, and prevents unauthorized changes to an authorized baseline.

Role : Designed and implemented command line interface for Security Solidifier. Wrote Script authentication module for the product. Involved in development of Server Solidifier Daemon. Responsible for development of tools like inven-parser, gatherinfo and s3utils for Security Solidifier.

Project Title : Decoding and Database conversion for BUFR messages

Description : BUFR messages contains environmental data which is received at IMD in the encrypted form. They arrive continuously and are backed up in Tape drives. Then they are transferred to flat files on the disk. The software reads these messages and decodes them. After decoding they are stored in the database server running PostgreSQL.
Role : Was responsible for writing the Decoder module for the project.

(1) Trojan Horse (Academic Project)

Key concept : Socket Programming.

Description : The software is divided into two parts – Trojan server and Trojan client. The Trojan server has to be installed at victim’s machine by any hook or crook. Once the server is active at the victim, Trojan client can connect to it and send and execute any command at the victim’s machine. The output of the command send to victim is send back to the Trojan client using Stream Sockets. The victim is unaware of the entire process, since Trojan server runs as a daemon.
(2) Controlling a Toy Car by Computer (Academic Project)

Description : The Software program is used to control the movement of toy car by the arrow keys. It uses the concept of parallel port interfacing to send signals to the electronic circuit attached to the car. Motors are attached with the wheels of the car and are activated when the respective arrow key is pressed. As a result, the car moves in the desired direction.
